Brad is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and played Youth Hockey in the Manitoba Hockey Association. He was captain of the Purolator Cup Canadian Championship team as a Bantam and Bronze Medalist for Team Manitoba at the Canada Winter Games as a Midget. He played his College Hockey at Cornell University from and won the ECAC Championships in 1996. After graduation, Brad was a member of the Canadian Olympic/National Hockey Team from 1996-1998, serving as captain in 1998. Brad followed his amateur hockey career by playing 5 seasons with the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League.
Brad resides in Saratoga Springs and has coached various levels of Mite and Squirt hockey over the past 5 years. His goals for the upcoming season are to maximize individual hockey skill development (skating efficiency, puck control, 1-1 agility and hockey iq), strong team play concepts and off-ice athletic development.
